Answer: y=2x/3 - 5

Explanation:

Slope intercept form is y=mx +b

You have 2x-3y=15 you want to have the y on one side, so you subtract 2x on both sides of the equation. That will give you -3y=-2x+15 and now to isolate the y we divide by -3 (you can’t have a negative y in this form) and you will get y=2x/3 -15/3 but you need to further simplify the -15/3 which will give you -5. So your final answer is y=2x/3 - 5
