y = (x-5)²+7

Explanation:

i graphed x²-10x+32 and found the vertex is at (5,7)

i used the y-intercept as a point on the curve in the formula:

y = a(x-h)²+k

32 = a(0-5)²+7

subtract 7 from each side to get:

25 = 5²a

25 = 25a

a = 1

y = (h-5)² + 7
