This is the only answer where it doesn't completely make sense. You shouldn't avoid challenges. Some challenges are necessary and help you grow and learn as a person. As for the stress, I am a person who struggles from anxiety problems and I can tell you that avoiding it is not the best way to go. I can't avoid or control stress completely, and neither can you, we can only try to hopefully decrease it.

This answer might be wrong, but it is just my personal opinion.
