Answer: 5940

Step-by-step explanation: I don't know if it's for sure right but here

First I knew 10,800 was 100% and I wanted to find 2.5%

So I did:

10,800 divided by 100 and I got 108 = 1%

Than you want to do

108 x 2.5 = 270 ( 2.5% )

After that you wanted to find out how much years apart so

2021 - 2003 = 18

Then

18 x 270 = 4,860

Last of all you have to do

10,800 - 4,860 = 5940
