Explanation:

16 pi = 1/3 pi r^2 ( 12) Divide both sides by pi

16 = 1/3 r^2 (12) 1/3 * 12 = 4

16 = 4 r^2 divide both sides by 4

4 = r^2 You should be able to take it from here !
