y= -3/2(-4) : y=4

y=-2 3/4(-4)

y=3/2. 4

y= 3×4/2

y =12/2

12/2 =6

y =6

Their mistake was doing run over rise so the correct equation should be y= -2/3x -4. I hope this helps
