Answer: $139.89
————————————————
1st: Convert ft to yd
1 foot = 0.3 yards
So 1/0.3 = 15/x —> x = 5 yards
————————————————
2nd:
So 28 yards = 84 feet
15ft/$24.98 = 84ft/x
(24.98)(84) = 15(x)
139.89 = x
