If my family member was struggling work or school, i would tell them to take some time for themselves. Clean, go shopping, take care of your mental health. Or go and organize your life, take care of yourself. Sitting down and working for over 5+ hours isn’t good for your health. If you have a deadline, try to finish it but take 5 mins breaks every 25 mins. Relax. (this isn’t 1000 words so just add on to it)
