Answer:

The opportunity to cyberbully grows as people get more familiar with and exposed to social media. Threats, aggressive, demotivating, or offensive comments or messages, or edited pictures or videos, can all be made and shared outside of the victim's control before they have a chance to respond on social media platforms that allow free and open commenting. People who are embarrassed by the condition may hide it from their friends and family in real life, exacerbating feelings of loneliness, melancholy, and worry. A lack of information and assistance can also make it difficult for victims to open out about their issues, leading to poor mental health.
