n = (-3 - 5m)/6

Explanation:

10m+12n=-6

12n= -6 - 10m

n = (-6 - 10m)/12

n = 2(-3 - 5m)/12 [bring out "2" from (-6-10m) to produce 2(-3-5m)]

n = (-3 - 5m)/6 [and then reduce the (2/12) to (1/6)]
