Explanation:

We know

Kezia bought 128 tomatoes from a farmer.

1/8 of the tomatoes are rotten.

Find the number of tomatoes that were i. rotten ii. not rotten

i. rotten

We take

128 x
(1)/(8) = 16 tomatoes are rotten

ii. not rotten

We take

128 - 16 = 112 tomatoes not rotten

So, 16 tomatoes are rotten and 112 tomatoes not rotten
