If you were in charge of Latin America what would you do differently to help end poverty? Explain.

If I were in charge of a Latin American country I would decriminalize marijuana, promote systems such as FDR’s new deal along with LBJ’s war on poverty and focus on educating the less fortunate since they are the most affected.
