you can find the slope of two points by using the point slope formula which is:
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

now, we’re going to put your points in the formula
(0-0)/(4-(-6))

which would simplify to…
0/10

now, since everything divided by 0 is 0, the formula tells us the slope is 0

to sum to all up…
m (meaning the slope) = 0
