A globalization has had several impacts on the Human Resources field (HR), transforming the way organizations address people management and the work environment ( I, II, III and IV True ). Started in the 1990s it caused significant transformations in society and the business environments, also influencing people management.

HR managers have a broader strategic role in the organization, contributing to the formulation of policies People, Development leadership, succession planning and more. In addition to the operational, they should also consider the company's global strategy, talent retention and the contribution to the achievement of organizational goals ( v False ).
