4(x-3) + 4:
= 4x - 12 + 4
= 4x - 8

4(x-7) + 30:
= 4x - 28 + 30
= 4x + 2

4(x-1) + 6:
= 4x - 4 + 6
= 4x + 2

So, the rewritten expressions are:
4(x-3) + 4 = 4x - 8
4(x-7) + 30 = 4x + 2
4(x-1) + 6 = 4x + 2
