Reduces Successful Communication.
As much as I would like to day that it doesn't, crossing any form of line, especially respect, does not allow many good things to come. I forms a line of distrust and in many cases hatred. It destroys your reputation (unless you wish to make a bad reputation for yourself) and makes people wary of you. Also it doesn't encourage friendship because your crossing someone's boundaries, which tends to make many people VERY unhappy.
