Convert 15% to a decimal by dividing by 100, = 0.15
Multiply that by the Price of the jacket to find out how much money you’re taking off of the price

129.99 x 0.15 = 19.50 (rounded to the nearest cent)

129.99 - 19.50 = 110.49

Then we have to add the tax
Again, convert percentage to decimal by dividing by 100 = 0.13

110.49 x 0.13 = 14.36, rounded to the nearest cent.

Add the tax to the sale price

110.49 + 14.36 = 124.85

Let me know if you have questions.
