Answer:

y = 3x - 8

Explanation:

First, find the slope. Get 2 pairs of coordinates.

(0,-8) and (1,-5)

m = (-5--8)/(1-0)

3/1 or just 3

m = 3

y = mx + b is the slope intercept form, use 1 pair of coordinates to find b or y-intercept. You can any, I use (4,4)

4 = 3*4 + b

4 = 12 + b

b = -8

∴ The equation of line line y = 3x - 8
