Spermatogenesis and oogenesis are processes of gamete (sex cell) formation in males and females, respectively. Spermatogenesis occurs continuously in the testes, producing many small and mobile sperm cells throughout a male's life. Oogenesis, on the other hand, begins before birth but pauses until puberty and results in fewer, larger, and nutrient-rich egg cells. The advantages of spermatogenesis include a constant supply of gametes, while oogenesis provides well-nourished egg cells but has a limited supply due to its finite nature. These differences reflect the reproductive strategies of males and females

Hope you understand ^^
