Find line perpendicular to 2/3x-2y=14/3 through the point (-4,-3)

If you’re looking for the slope-intercept, then the answer is y=-3x-15 because you first have to make 2/3x-2y=14/3 into the slope-intercept form.
Then with the slope (1/3), you switch the numbers and the signs. Example: 1/3 -> -3.
Then you add it to the equation and put the points in -> y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-(-3)=-3(x-(-4))
y+3 = -3(x+4)
y+3 = -3x-12
-3 -3
answer: y=-3x-15
