Answer:

z+x×y


(3)/(5) + (1)/(3) * (4)/(5)


(3)/(5) + (4)/(15)

now, LCM of 5 and 15 is 15.


(3 * 3)/(5 * 3) + (4)/(15)


(9)/(15) + (4)/(15)

both fractions have same denominator so common HCF is 15


(9 + 4)/(15)


(13)/(15)
