Answer: You need to filtrate your sample

Step-by-step explanation:

The recrystallization technique is used to separate the pure substance from its impurities ( soluble and insoluble).

The insoluble impurities will not dissolve in the solvent ( insoluble means -s a substance (solid) that will not dissolve in a solvent even after mixing), so you will be able to separate them just by filtrating ( your sample will pass the filter as a liquid- filtrate and the insoluble impurity will remain on the filter- the residue)
