Answer: y=4-2x

Explanation:

So we need to rearrange the equation first to make y the subject, we can do this by taking 2x away and taking it away from 4 resulting in y on its own with y=4-2x

Now you can find the gradient/slope and y-intercept. The slope/gradient will be the coefficient on x which is -2 and the y-intercept is 4.
