x_1,y_1 are the coordinates of the first point and
x_2,y_2 are the coordinates of the second point

Calculations:

-2 +
x_2 has to equal to 6 so that when we divide 4 by 2, it equals 2

9 +
y_2 has to equal to -1 so that when we divide 8 by 2, it equals 4
