either (-2, 11) & (3, 11) or (-2, -29) & (3, -29)

Explanation:

(-2, -9) & (3, -9) forms the horizontal line (length) of the rectangle

length = x₂ - x₁

= 3 - (-2)

= 5

width = area ÷ length

= 100 ÷ 5

= 20

the vertical line should have a distance 20 from (y = -9)

y = -9 ± 20

y₁ = -9 + 20 = 11

y₂ = -9 - 20 = -29

coordinate of the other 2 vertices are either (-2, 11) & (3, 11) or (-2, -29) & (3, -29)
