It is important to learn about the U.S. Constitution so we can learn where our country started. We also need to remember the roots from which we began to gain wisdom and character. If we don't remember the past we are doomed to repeat it. Learning about the constitution will teach us our rights as citizens of the united states if we don't know our rights then the government can trick us without us even knowing. The constitution also teaches us how our government runs and who runs it. It also clearly states that we have a free society which many people seem to want to change.
