Answer: Have a good sleep for about 7 hours at night

Explanation: Its possible cause if you don't sleep at night or in day, at night you can't sleep cause you took a small nap. Just in the day take a 2 hour nap, then , at night you can sleep then in the morning you'll probably want some coffee!
