Notice that

the graph goes from k=-1 to k=6

Also notice that the equation is of the form

y=x²+k where k=-1 and goes to k=6

So the from -1 to 6 the graph shifts 7 units.

Because k indicates a shift up or down, and the graph shifted 7 units, the graph of y=x²-1 to x²+6 is a translation 7 units up. Hope this helps!!!
