Answer: 152°

In between AD, there is the point C. The distance between AC is 79° and the distance between CD is 73°.

Since C is in the middle of A & D and AC+CD=AD, we can find the sum of 79° and 73° to get AD, and 79+73=152°.

A and D also connect in a different direction, but the problem asked for a minor arc, not a major arc. A minor arc is less than 180° and a major arc is more than 180°. A 180° angle forms a straight line, and is half a full circle.
