so lets start with getting rid of answers that are obviously not correct,
the shading is above the line which means y is greater than,
so any answers with y< are wrong.
get rid of the first and last answers, and now we are left with only the middle 2.

the equation is y=mx+b

b=3
thats where the line intersects with the y axis (the orange markings)

m= 3/2
we have to go left 3 spaces, than down 2 spaces, to get to the next point (as shown with the purple markings in the image)

so we now have
y>3/2x+3
which is the answer
