And then mine ran out of places (12), and yours probably did too, maybe even at 10.

Do you see a pattern in all those digit?

45.7142857142(85)............

It's not a 'decimal' number because it never ends.

And it's not 'irrational' because you can write it as a fraction of two integers.

So it must be 'rational.'
