t = 15

Explanation:

the midsegment WZ of a trapezoid is half the sum of the parallel bases

WZ=
(XY+UV)/(2)substitute values

- t + 35 =
(t+t+10)/(2)

- t + 35 =
(2t+10)/(2) = t + 5 ( add t to both sides )

35 = 2t + 5 ( subtract 5 from both sides )

30 = 2t ( divide both sides by 2 )

15 = t
