1. Nucleus
It is the centre of the atom wherein the most of the mass exist also it consists of neutrons and protons.
2. Neutrons
Neutrons are chargeless particles present inside of the nucleus .
3. Electrons
Electrons are negatively charged particles revolving around the nucleus.
4. Protons
Protons are positivity charged particles inside of nucleus. The number of protons = The number of Electrons ( here ,3) .

The black ones are protons the white ones are neutrons and the black ones on the circle edge thing is electrons!
