For both x=0.5
2x+3=4
-3 -3 subtract 3 on both sides
2x=1
/2 /2 divide by 2 on both sides
x=0.5
6x+9=12
-9 -9 subtract 9on both sides
6x=3
/6 /6 divide by 6 on both sides
x=0.5
Hope this helped!! :D
