Answer: The percentage of the people had no qualifications = 16.06%

The percentage are not breast-fed = 34.68%

Explanation:

Given: Total people surveyed = 1800

Number of people who had no qualification = 289

The percentage of the people had no qualifications =
\frac{\text{ People has no qulification}}{\text{Total qualification}}*100\%

=(289)/(1800)*100\%\approx 16.06\%

Total babies = 124

Number of babies breast- fed = 81

The percentage are not breast-fed =
\frac{\text{Babies not breast fed}}{\text{Total babies}}*100\%

=(124-81)/(124)*100\%\\\\=(43)/(124)*100\%\\\\\approx34.68\%
