15/2 this is because 7 times 2 plus 1=15 and then the denominator as 2

Answer:

15/2

Explanation:

Hi there,

When converting a mixed number (co-efficient) to a fraction, to an improper fraction, do the following;

X a/y as a mixed number = x*y+a all over y

Therefore, 7*2 = 14, + 1 = 15 all over 2

As an improper fraction, 7 1/2 = 15/2
