If you mean this, my answer is 3x63= 189

${x}^(2) + {y}^(2) = 57 \\ xy = 3$

${x}^(2) + {y}^(2) + 2xy = 57 + 2 * 3$

${(x + y)}^(2) = 63$

$3 {(x + y)}^(2) = 3 * 63 = 189$
