a =5

b = 1

c =3

Explanation:

The constant of each power should be equal on both sides

15x³ = 3ax³

15= 3a

a=5

5x²= 3bx²+2x²

3x² =3bx²

3=3b

b=1

9x = 3x+2xc

6x =2xc

6=2c

c=3
