Answer:

The area of the circle is 21.2264.

Explanation:

Formula =
\pi r^(2)

We need to find out the radius which is half of the diameter.

Radius = 5.2 / 2 = 2.6cm

Next, we have to find 2.6cm to the power of two which is the same as saying 2.6 x 2.6.

2.6 x 2.6 = 6.76

Finally, we have to multiply it by
\pi to get the area of the circle.

\pi = 3.14

3.14 x 6.76 = 21.2264

Area = 21.2264

Answer:

21.24cm
Radius is 2.6 and we know formula of a circle is pi times radius squared so radius squared is 6.76 and we multiply that by pi giving us 21.24cm
