Explanation:

Because there are 4 options it works in multiples of 4.

So knowing this let's say there are 1 T-shirt of each. There would be 4 in total. Make it 2 T-shirts each and there will be 8. The only number in this that can be divided by 4 is 96 which equates to 24 T-shirts each.
