Answer: 74

Explanation:

Well, first you need to get rid of all the additives. (whatever you do to one side, do to the other)

(x-2) +2 = 447 +2

=449

(x-1) +1 = 449 +1

=450

(x+1) -1 = 450 -1

=449

(x+2) -2 = 449 -2

=447

(x+3) -3 = 447 -3

= 444

Now divide 444 by 6 because there are 6 x's left over.

444/6=74

And that's your answer!

Another way to do it is shown in the picture below.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else :)

Answer:

Hi,

74

Explanation:

(x-2)+(x-1)+(x)+(x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)=447\\\\(x-2)+(x+2)+(x-1)+(x+1)+x+(x+3)=447\\\\6x+3=447\\\\6x=444\\\\\boxed{x=74}\\
