Is this a proportional relationship?
A pizzeria charges $11 per pizza and a $2 delivery charge

Not sure how to answer this without more context.

I see the first answer and agree that it appears to be a proportional relationship, 2:11, but.....

Are all the pizzas the same size, and they cost $11? (What if there are Smalls that cost less and Larges that cost more, yet I'm charged $2 for any of them?)

More importantly:

What am I charged for delivery if I order more than one pizza?? I think that's the key to this:

  • If I'm charged $2 delivery for EACH $11 pizza I order, then yes, it's proportional.
  • But if I can order, say, FIVE pizzas and I'm only charged $2 for delivery, then it's no longer proportional.

Is there any more data or context, or even more words? Because it could go either way.

And btw, I'd be mad if I was charged $2 PER PIZZA for delivery, because there's not that much more work involved. "You want $10 to bring me 5 pies instead of just $2 for one? Nah, I'm good." That idea is what makes me lean toward non-proportional, unless there's more context.
