The answer is A, I say this because, just because someone has been arrested it doesn't mean that it can lead to a conviction and that's knowledge. NOT B because everything is taken as a serious crime in the laws eyes. NOT C cause they are legal, NOT D cause you can't just discard someone's back group because of their qualifications!
