Explanation:

The two lines that are being intersected are two parallel lines, this means that the angles will add up to 180 degrees on each line. First we subtract 155 from 180 which will get you 25 degrees. Next we make an equation out of this:

6x - 11 = 25

Now we must get x by itself, in order to do this we must start with the component that is the furthest away from x, in this case it is 11. To get the x by itself, we need to move each variable over, to move the 11 over, we perform the opposite sign, in this case we would add 11

6x = 36

Next to move over the 6, which will make the x by itself, and 6x would be 6 times the x variable. So we divide 6 by the 36 to find that:

x = 6.
