The tax on the sale of a car in washington is 8%. at a dealership on main street a car purchase also involves $200 in miscellaneous charges. there are several quantities in this situation: the original car price ,sales tax, miscellaneous charges, and total price. write an equation to describe the relationship between all the quantities when the original car price is 10,000

Precio total = Precio original del automóvil + Impuesto sobre las ventas + Cargos varios

Precio original del automóvil (P) = $10,000

Impuesto sobre las ventas (8% de P) = 0,08 * P

Cargos varios = $200

Ahora, reemplaza estos valores en la ecuación:

Precio total = $10 000 + 0,08 * $10 000 + $200

Simplifica esta ecuación:

Ahora, suma los valores en el lado derecho:
