To find the reflection of a function across the x-axis, we simply change the sign of the y-values.

Given f(x) = -7x - 4 to find g(x) which is the reflection across the x-axis we change the sign of -7x - 4:

g(x) = -(f(x)) = -(-7x - 4)

Using double negatives,

g(x) = 7x + 4

Therefore, g(x) = 7x + 4
