Can anyone help create an equation with this word problem?

A truck driver is driving on an interstate and is about 150 miles from his planned exit. He is traveling at a speed of 50 miles per hour and plans to stop for a rest within 30 miles of the exit of either side. Find the minimum and maximum numbers of hours the truck driver will drive before stopping for a rest

To do this, the driver is wanting to go 150 miles, give or take 30, going at 50 mph, so basically

150 plus or minus 30 divided by 50
