Reason:

We're looking for repeated digits next to each other. Of the answer choices, that only occurs in the value 375,595. This is where we have two "5"s together.

The first time we see "5" show up, it's in the thousands place value. Just to the right of this is another copy of "5" in the hundreds place value.

The first "5" represents 5000. The second "5" represents 500.

The jump from 500 to 5000 is "times 10".
