Answer:

RNA- Ribo-Nucleic Acid

DNA- Deoxy-Ribo Nucleic Acid

DNA contains the sugar deoxyribose, while RNA contains the sugar ribose DNA is a double-stranded molecule, while RNA is a single-stranded molecule. DNA is stable under alkaline conditions, while RNA is not stable

Transcription is the process by which the information in a strand of DNA is copied into a new molecule of messenger RNA. Although the mRNA contains the same information, it is not an identical copy of the DNA segment, because its sequence is complementary to the DNA template.
