the reaction of aqueous of barium chloride and sodium sulfate in the formation of a precipitate of barium sulfate. sodium chloride is also formed but in soluble in water. why would you use filtration in isolate the barium sulfate rather that evaporation, explain your awnser

Answer:

If filtration is used, then all the dissolved sodium chloride can be separated with the water. Thus, only barium sulfate will be left in the flask, thereby minimizing the chances of any impurity formation.
